* Greet and sign-in students as they enter the school
* Perform and organize a wide variety of secretarial and clerical duties for administrative personnel, teachers, and support staff
* Act as a liaison for school administration, staff, students, parents, and the community
* Communicate with the public, employing discretion and independent judgment
* Independently compose a variety of materials, such as letters, memorandums, and reports
* Maintain and coordinate multiple calendars
* Assist parent/community organizations with typing, duplication, and distribution of bulletins and other materials
* Receive and forward all telephone calls and take messages
* Sort and deliver mail
* Check in and process supplies
* Assist students
* Perform other duties as assigned by the site director

Requirements:

* High School Diploma required; some college preferred
* Two years secretarial experience in an office setting
* Computer competency

Working Conditions:

* Part-time position
* Salary range: $17.50-$17.50 per hour
