Your expertise in critical care and trauma nursing will be invaluable in providing exceptional patient care and leading our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Facilitate identification and resolution of gaps in care from hospitalization to discharge and into the ambulatory care setting.
- Critically assess patient data to proactively mitigate impending changes in condition and establish consults to the interprofessional team as appropriate.
- Lead the development and implementation of complex individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and the patient, family, or caregiver.
- Actively utilize and champion scientific inquiry for evidence-based practices and explore opportunities to advance nursing practice.
- Analyze gaps in practice standards and provide feedback to peers in collaboration with leadership to enhance safe patient care.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing.
- 2-5 years of experience in critical care and trauma nursing.
- Supervisor experience is not required but preferred.
- RN licensure and certification in critical care and trauma nursing are required.
