As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring seamless coordination between veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and care coordinators. Your expertise in managing professionals in complex organizations will drive results-oriented decision-making and foster a culture of excellence.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading weekly team meetings and daily check-ins to maintain open communication and address any challenges promptly
  • Mentoring and developing clinic team members to excel in their roles, promoting professional growth and employee engagement
  • Managing the clinic's profit and loss statement, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Collaborating with our operations team to scale operations and implement processes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience managing professionals in complex organizations, preferably in the veterinary space
  • Experience supervising front desk operations and managing compliance and safety policies
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and drive results

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
