**Job Summary**

Central Baptist Village is a not-for-profit, faith-based community dedicated to providing exceptional care for older adults. As a Restorative Nurse, you will play a vital role in overseeing the direct care of our Pavilion residents, focusing on their total care, comfort, and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct restorative care services and programs in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Participate in discharge planning, development, and implementation of resident care plans and resident assessments.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture that thrives on teamwork and positive attitudes.
  • Meet documentation requirements and maintain accurate records for MDS assessments and restorative nursing interventions.

**Requirements**

  • RN degree.
  • Current Restorative Certification is preferred.
  • Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors.
  • Act with integrity by providing specialized care to residents with Alzheimer's & Dementia.
  • Promote innovation and operate an electronic medical record system.
