Role Summary

We are in search of dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to contribute to our operations. This position is vital for maintaining the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. We provide competitive pay and a sign-on bonus for new hires. Compensation is based on experience and is issued weekly. Both day and night shifts are available to suit various schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Assistance: Offer support with moderate oversight to guarantee safe and effective equipment operation.
  • Preventative Care: Execute routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Urgent Repairs: Perform emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as required.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Safety Protocols: Apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to ensure safety across all assigned equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with plant personnel to meet operational and individual objectives.
  • Downtime Management: Strive to minimize equipment failure and associated downtime.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 1 year in industrial maintenance or equivalent education (e.g., industrial maintenance diploma or current enrollment in a technical program).
  • Skill Levels: Positions available at Associate, General, and Senior Maintenance Technician levels; assessment will occur during the interview based on skills and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency is necessary for logging data, processing work orders, and completing documentation. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and basic math skills are essential.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; lift 20 lbs. frequently; stand for extended periods; work in confined spaces; and navigate varying temperatures.
