  • Expected Compensation: Starting at $52, $62, adjusted based on experience
  • Work Schedule: Full Time / Seasonal
  • Experience Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily instructional activities at the Ski and Ride School, manage curriculum, schedules, and class assignments, providing support as needed
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities including recruitment, training, and equipment oversight, while addressing guest feedback
  • Evaluate instructor performance, offering constructive feedback, recognition, or corrective measures as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies, participating in safety initiatives
  • Collaborate with various departments and external organizations, providing insights on school operations
  • Engage in leadership discussions to contribute to training and ongoing improvement efforts
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Current PSIA/AASI or equivalent certification required
  • 1-3 years of experience as a ski/snowboard instructor and 1 year in a supervisory role required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Physically capable of participating in ski and ride training and drills
  • Fluency in English is required

The expected compensation for this role starts at $52, $62, with individual pay determinations considering various factors to ensure competitive remuneration.
