We are seeking a Lead Geotechnical Engineer to contribute to our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee geotechnical engineering initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Develop proposals, contracts, and project documentation in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Evaluate geotechnical data to offer insights for foundation design, slope stability, and earthwork management.
- Utilize software and engineering principles to perform geotechnical calculations.
- Draft comprehensive technical reports for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Supervise drilling activities and laboratory analyses.
- Conduct field assessments and evaluations.
- Facilitate coordination with other departments for seamless project transitions.
- Implement geotechnical principles and methodologies across various assignments.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Proficient in drilling methods and geotechnical evaluation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Client-focused with a strong emphasis on business development.
