We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality behavioral services to clients in their homes and community settings
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide support and education to families on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral or educational setting
  • Availability to work variable hours, including mornings and afternoons
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physical activities with clients
