Job Overview

LogixHealth is seeking a skilled Reimbursement Analyst to join our team. As a Reimbursement Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing insurance company reimbursements, identifying issues, and appealing if necessary. You will also prepare audit results and keep department managers informed of all findings and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of insurance company reimbursements to identify discrepancies and issues
  • Utilize software and other resources to appeal and resolve reimbursement issues
  • Prepare and present audit results to department managers and stakeholders
  • Train new hires and assist in auditing their work

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of insurance payers and reimbursement processes
  • Proficiency in MS 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
