Sales Executive and Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive and Trainer to join our team at Neuberger & Company, Inc. As a Sales Executive and Trainer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing training and coaching to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Provide training and coaching to clients on sales techniques, customer service, and leadership development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
