Position Overview
We are in search of a skilled and motivated Project Architect to become a vital part of our innovative engineering team. This role presents an exciting chance to engage in a variety of projects, guiding them from initial ideas to final execution in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Architect, you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to produce high-quality, sustainable designs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct architectural design initiatives from concept through to completion, ensuring exceptional results that align with client expectations and organizational standards.
2. Employ advanced design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling to develop creative and effective design solutions.
3. Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients and team members.
4. Collaborate with project managers and team members to facilitate seamless project execution, adhering to timelines and budgetary limits.
5. Create detailed construction documents and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
6. Oversee the construction phase, working closely with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
7. Advocate for and integrate sustainable design principles and green building practices in all projects.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to enhance design outcomes.
9. Engage in project evaluations, offering constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
10. Work collaboratively with other architects and engineers to elevate the quality of design and construction.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction oversight.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling.
4. Proven experience in sustainable design and green building methodologies.
5. LEED AP certification is highly regarded.
6. Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
7. Comprehensive understanding of construction documents and architectural plans.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts effectively to a diverse audience.
9. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
10. Strong analytical skills, with a knack for developing innovative solutions to design challenges.
11. Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism in all endeavors.
12. Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines.
