Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality direct resident care using nursing process, judgment, and skills.
- Administer standard nursing treatments and medications, observing residents for desired or unwanted effects.
- Collaborate with the care team to revise and update the Nursing Care Plan.
- Monitor and document vitals, treatments administered, and residents' responses.
- Oversee and evaluate the delivery of care for resident CNA assignments and activities.
- Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
- Licensed and currently registered in good standing as an LPN.
- Dedicated to providing clinically sound and compassionate care.
- Must possess a spirit of cooperation, caring, and enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation and optimal resident health.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and harmoniously with all staff.
