Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated Production Operators for 1st Shift

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00am - 2:30pm

Applicants are encouraged to specify their preference for either Assembly or Molding roles.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly Responsibilities:

  • Attach foam components to parts, ensuring accurate placement.
  • Secure clips, mylar, and cutline seals to plastic components, confirming they are correctly positioned.
  • Utilize hand tools effectively.
  • Conduct general inspections and take necessary actions to remove defective products from the production line.
  • Operate ultrasonic welding and plastic grinding machinery.

Molding Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all processes related to injection molding.
  • Make adjustments to maintain standard production rates.
  • Inspect molds to ensure proper setup.
  • Package finished products into containers, ensuring correct labeling.
  • Organize finished containers for efficient pickup.

General Responsibilities:

  • Meet quality and production standards consistently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient material flow.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Availability to work extended hours as required.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with TS-16949 job instructions.
  • Foster effective working relationships through respectful communication.
  • Uphold the rights of all employees to fair treatment and equal opportunity.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in reading, mathematics, and reasoning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Perform repetitive motions and lift items as required.
  • Work environment may involve exposure to moving machinery and varying temperatures.
  • Occasional crouching, walking, and lifting may be necessary.
