Responsibilities:

What You Will Learn:

  • You will directly interface with the supply base, Supply Chain commodity Managers, Supplier Development, Engineering, Business Development, Contracts/Legal, Program Office and Operations.
Qualifications:
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here:
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Materials, Operations, Business, Supply Chain Management, or an applicable discipline
  • Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical problem-solving skills are extremely valuable
  • Willingness to learn and react in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this role is $37,000 USD - $82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
