We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Tele Unit at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers, and monitor patients for therapeutic response.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- 1 year of acute care experience, preferably in a Med Surg or Telehealth setting.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
