As a Lead Preschool Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing a welcoming and stimulating classroom atmosphere for young learners.
  • Leading and mentoring associate teachers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.

  • Implementing our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to meet the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for educating and caring for children.
  • At least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or a minimum of six months (required).
  • An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required).
