Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team at McCuen Construction Inc. in Northern California. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing general labor commercial construction tasks, interpreting plans to provide high-quality construction trade work, communicating with Foremen/Superintendents professionally and with integrity, and working well with all parties involved.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $35,000 - $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction projects
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Able and willing to communicate with the public and co-workers effectively
  • Can communicate verbally and in written word in English
  • Comfortable with electronic time and attendance systems
  • Can perform new hire onboarding electronically
  • Education: High School or equivalent
  • Valid CDL and Clean DMV record
  • Flexibility to work extra hours
