We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at McCuen Construction Inc. in Northern California. As a General Engineering Construction company, we offer prevailing wages for work performed on public works projects throughout the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor commercial construction tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Interpret plans and provide high-quality construction trade work.
  • Communicate effectively with Foreman/Superintendent and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment according to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction projects.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
  • Able to communicate verbally and in written word in English.
  • Valid CDL and clean DMV record.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
