About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Creekview Health Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our licensed nursing staff to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care services, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Document resident information accurately and timely, including meal percentages, intake and output recordings
  • Transport residents to and from activities, meals, and therapy as needed
  • Participate in mandatory in-services and training programs to maintain certification and improve skills
