Job Overview

Troon International is pleased to present an outstanding career opportunity for the position of Kitchen Attendant. Ideal candidates will excel in a hospitality setting and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service within the clubs managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen Attendant:

  • Thoroughly cleans, sanitizes, and organizes all dishware, cookware, utensils, and glassware.
  • Ensures the kitchen remains clean and orderly, including dry storage areas and walk-in coolers, through regular sweeping and mopping.
  • Disposes of kitchen waste properly by emptying trash receptacles.
  • Conducts daily cleaning tasks, including the maintenance of dry storage, shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
  • Stores all kitchen items and utensils in designated areas.
  • Adheres to safe work practices throughout job performance.
  • Washes and sanitizes all kitchenware and ensures the kitchen is clean after service.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for the Kitchen Attendant:

No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.

Additional Qualifications:

  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Skills and Attributes:

We seek individuals who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education and Experience:

Relevant experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory.

Licenses & Certifications:
