Job Overview

The Spa Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing exceptional massage services to guests at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka'anapali. This role requires a skilled and caring individual who can assess guest needs and provide personalized treatments using various techniques and modalities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert massage services to guests, utilizing props and/or products as needed
* Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning service
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current techniques and modalities related to massage therapy
* Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and arrange workstation and treatment room settings
* Promote comfort, safety, and security throughout service, checking in with guests frequently
* Sell spa/salon services and retail offerings related to the Spa

Requirements

* State or Regional Massage License required
* At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Working Conditions

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight. The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance is also required.

Benefits

We offer competitive pay ranging from $54.27 to $72.26 per hour, depending on the types of services provided and applicable commissions or service charges.
