Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through phone and personal interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed.
  • Document and update customer records accurately and efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain customer accounts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist with collections and handle billing inquiries as assigned.
  • Participate in outbound calling campaigns to customers and non-customers, promoting our products and services.
  • Utilize strong data entry skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Provide resolution to customer service requests, ensuring timely and efficient response to their needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Customer service or inside sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
