Virtual Data Entry Specialist

KnowFully Learning Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Webinar Operations Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality webinar broadcasts, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring seamless execution of live events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer live webinars for learners, ensuring technical issues are prevented and resolved promptly.
- Provide customer support via phone and live chat, addressing complaints and providing solutions within set time limits.
- Pre-production equipment tests to guarantee smooth live broadcasts and recordings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of events.
- Develop and maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in audio/video technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Experience in live production environments, filming, and/or outputting live streaming video.
- Strong computer skills, including video/audio editing through the Adobe Suite and HTML5 video playback knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a remote production environment.
