EPCIS File Monitoring and Processing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure the seamless processing of EPCIS files and support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will oversee API calls related to warehouse operations, ensuring successful processing within our system. Additionally, they will ensure data consistency within outbound files, aligning with regulatory and buyer-specific requirements.
Responsibilities include identifying and documenting preventive measures based on daily support activities, maintaining detailed logs of incidents encountered during support processes, and escalating unresolved or critical issues to Level 2 or Level 3 teams within rfXcel or Customer for timely resolution.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and experience in file processing, API support, or warehouse operations.
