YOUR IMPACT

The key functions of this role include:
Facilitating interdepartmental communication to enhance operational coordination.

Overseeing and expediting internal client requests related to inbound and outbound order processing, with a focus on prioritization and organization.

Verifying ongoing inventory tracking initiatives and providing updates to management.

Assisting with tracking information for receiving and shipping, including transactional inquiries.

Monitoring and validating shipping and receiving documentation.

Acquiring tracking information and Proof of Delivery for all shipments.

Coordinating, tracking, and preparing inbound receipts for delivery scheduling and notifications.

Providing shipment information to relevant internal stakeholders.

Overtime may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of a High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience

OR an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience

OR a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field with no prior experience

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, with exceptional customer relationship and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse processes (from Order to Shipment).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with warehouse/inventory/asset management software suites.

POSITION SPECIFICS


The expected salary range for this position at the start of employment is between $19.23 and $24.04 per hour; however, the actual salary offered may vary based on several individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include additional elements, such as commissions and discretionary bonuses, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), depending on the position offered.

If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position," and the Company reserves the right to adjust base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
