Key Responsibilities:- Thoroughly clean and certify commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems using high-pressure washing techniques.
- Conduct maintenance on rooftop exhaust fans and adjacent areas to ensure optimal performance.
- Install additional components such as access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems to enhance safety.
- Care for company equipment and maintain the service vehicle in excellent condition.
