This job opportunity is for a Power Platform Specialist role. It presents a direct hire position with a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $90,000.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create innovative solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for the Global Management team.
  • Engage in the deployment of the Azure Cloud Data Warehouse.
  • Develop and implement streamlined Microsoft 365 solutions leveraging the Power Platform, integrated with other Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and Forms).
  • Manage and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Dataverse or SQL Server (Azure or On-premises) as the foundational data source.
  • Assist Citizen Developers in maximizing the capabilities of the Microsoft platform.
  • Provide training and mentorship to Citizen Developers on utilizing the Power Platform effectively.
  • Complete and implement Commission Management Applications and Rebate Management utilizing the Power Platform.
  • Generate and evaluate reports using Power BI (Desktop and Paginated Reports) for essential customer account management.
  • Continuously evolve and design content based on user requirements.
  • Handle confidential reports and projects, including the export of ERP and Service Data to the company's Azure Data Lake via Azure Data Factory.
  • Transform and aggregate company Data Lake using Synapse Serverless Pool or Microsoft Fabric for Power BI data sources.


Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Professional-level expertise and experience with the Microsoft 365 Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Advanced proficiency in Power Automation Tools, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
  • Experience in creating, managing, and administering Power Platform solutions, including governance, administration, and operational management.
  • Proficient in Power BI Dataflow, Power Query, and Power Platform Dataflow.
  • Experience with Power BI Data Modeling, Report and Dashboard creation, RLS (Row-Level Security), Dataflows, DAX, and Paginated Reports.
  • Extensive knowledge of Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security aspects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server: ability to create Database Objects, perform complex queries, and create Stored Procedures using T-SQL.
  • Experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Familiarity with GIT, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform application lifecycle management.

This position is well-suited for individuals with strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 Power Platform, particularly in developing integrated solutions and providing support and training to Citizen Developers.
