We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Bristol Infrastructure Designs Services, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure that they align with company goals and objectives.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Contractor Management: Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, contractors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems and issues that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) certification is highly desirable.
