Working closely with the designated government lead, the selected candidate will manage daily tasks and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Possess functional knowledge of Global Transportation within Department of Defense (DoD) systems and processes.
- Develop a comprehensive design integrating people, processes, data, and technology to achieve strategic objectives and address business challenges.
- Contribute to project delivery through process mapping, requirements gathering, and assisting with testing plans.
- Engage with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to foster a shared understanding of current and future process flows.
- Document requirements for future processes.
- Translate business needs into technical implementation requirements.
- Apply Continuous Process Improvement methodologies to enhance and mature architectural processes.
- Conduct research and provide analytical insights with minimal supervision.
- Employ critical thinking and systems thinking skills effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Social Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Must hold an active SECRET US Government clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Enterprise Architecture certification (e.g., CEA, ACEA).
- Experience in establishing enterprise functional and technical architecture design patterns and providing governance expertise in the federal sector.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and edit various business documents, reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Comfortable engaging with senior leadership, demonstrating proactivity and articulation.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks based on senior leadership guidance.
- Master's degree.
