Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight for the provision of care during the day shift.
- Serve as a resource to direct care staff.
- Coordinate response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
- Support DON and/or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities assigned.
- Deliver direct patient care under Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k w/match, PTO, and more.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited RN program.
- Active state licensure in good standing.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience preferred.
