Position Overview:

We seek a collaborative team player who can integrate smoothly with care teams and significantly enhance the overall patient experience. You will provide assistance through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails, ensuring prompt, courteous, and customer-focused service. Your responsibilities will include making recommendations, fulfilling requests, and addressing the needs of patients and their families. This position demands exceptional hospitality skills, familiarity with the local area, and the ability to utilize a vehicle for local errands (mileage reimbursed).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no nights or weekends required.
Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $24 to $26.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional service to patients and guests by coordinating personal and convenience services.
- Addressing inquiries and special requests from patients and family members, identifying appropriate resources to assist.
- Responding to unique needs and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Managing all calls, messages, requests, and concerns efficiently.
- Executing patient requests, running errands, coordinating dining needs, and conducting information research.
- Engaging with relevant individuals or departments to resolve requests or issues.
- Triaging clinical or health-related inquiries to the appropriate client liaison.
- Maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Comfortably working in a rehabilitation setting, providing compassionate support.
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment while managing stress and diverse personalities effectively.
- Fostering meaningful relationships through engaging conversations with patients and guests.
- Exhibiting flexibility to take on various roles within the patient lifecycle based on client and business needs.
- Upholding strict confidentiality and privacy standards in all patient interactions.
- Assisting with food and beverage services, including restocking and facilitating special orders.
- Providing personal services to employees and family members, such as arranging recreational activities and transportation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality or a related field (healthcare or hotel experience preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to use a personal vehicle for local errands (mileage reimbursed).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
