Job Opportunity

Burn Boot Camp is a dynamic and rapidly growing fitness franchise that is transforming lives through community-based fitness. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Culture team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing personnel operations, onboarding, and offboarding of team members. This is a part-time, contract opportunity that requires working onsite at our Headquarters office in Cornelius, NC three times a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Operations Oversight: Collect and manage data, prepare records, and participate in personnel audits.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Oversight of the full onboarding process, including reviews of company policies, gathering personnel information, and explaining benefit programs.
  • Offboarding: Oversight of the full offboarding process, capturing and reporting data for understanding gaps for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and organizational skills.
  • Microsoft suite experience and administrative writing and reporting skills.
