We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Boulder Post Acute. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or approved LPN/LVN program.
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
- Competitive hourly rate of $30-$40.
