Job Description:
This full-time position involves supervising bioremediation projects and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Field Supervisor, you will interact with clients, estimate project scopes, manage cleanups, and ensure timely completions.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in bioremediation projects to provide top-notch service to clients.
* Oversee job completion, including estimating, recommending, and advising on project scopes, managing cleanups, and handling necessary paperwork.
* Effectively communicate with clients, understanding their needs and obtaining approval to initiate work.
* Provide professional on-site customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
* Participate in on-site supervision and biohazard remediation projects.

Qualifications:
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Hold a valid driver's license and have an acceptable motor vehicle record.
* Ability to lift 50lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
* May require occasional overnight travel, with accommodations provided by the company.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Have at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
* Show evidence of leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
* Possess IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation, XActimate experience, or proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
