Ophthalmic Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmic Technician II to join our team at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.
About the Role:
- Assist physicians in gathering patient data and maintaining a conducive clinical environment.
- Perform a variety of essential tasks, including visual acuity testing, visual field testing, lensometry, auto refractometry, and pupil assessment.
- Maintain patient medical records and ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA), Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT), Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT), Ophthalmic Scribe Certification (OSC), Certified Retinal Angiographer (CRA), or Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT-C) certification required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a COA, COT, COMT, OSC, CRA, or OCT-C.
