Tuxedo Rental and Sales Professional

VIP Formal Wear seeks a dedicated store manager to oversee our Hanes Mall location. This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your passion for fashion with leadership skills and drive business growth.
As a key member of our team, you will focus on providing exceptional customer experiences, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates. You will work closely with our main office in Raleigh to implement new initiatives and strategies, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing sales potential.
Our ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be driven to succeed in a sales-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Manage store operations, including sales, rentals, and customer service
- Maintain accurate records, including inventory levels, sales data, and customer information
- Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous retail or management experience, preferably in the fashion industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
