Job Title: Director of Green and Blue Infrastructure

At Environmental Design Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Green and Blue Infrastructure team. As the Director of Green and Blue Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of green and blue technologies to protect, restore, and manage our water resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue in the sustainable stormwater domain.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of green infrastructure retrofits, sustainable best management practices, and other water resource management projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 10-15+ years of industry experience is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Certifications: PE, RLA, PS, AICP, or other relevant certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities are required.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment are required.
  • Excellent presentation skills are required.
