Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Three to six months of related experience in a supervisory or management role in the janitorial industry.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands
    • Regularly required to stand and talk or hear.
    • Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
    • Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish - Written and Spoken
  • Valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards.
  • Criminal background check and Drug Testing Required.
Compensation

$19/hour, depending on experience in the janitorial business and managerial experience.
