Salary: $2008.0 per week, which translates to an estimated annual salary of approximately $105,696.00 based on a 52-week year.
Job Description: As a LVN/LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your duties will include assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a current LPN/LVN license and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar setting. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
