Job OverviewIn this role, you will work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Oncology department, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain new skills, build your confidence, and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' conditions, developing care plans, and implementing treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license and current certification in Oncology nursing.
- Experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in Oncology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
This travel assignment offers a competitive salary package, including:
- $120,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
