Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the General Ledger and Balance Sheet, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Payroll functions, including processing invoices and payroll transactions.
- Prepare monthly account analysis and journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, annual inventories, and monthly financial forecasting.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with corporate staff to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Department.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Payroll Tax Knowledge.
- Comprehensive understanding of Healthcare Accounting Procedures.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
