About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized recommendations for eyewear and contact lenses.

Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the optical industry.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or technical training preferred.
