Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Preoperative department. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, providing care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Per Diem Nurse in an acute care setting.
  • BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred.
  • IV therapy proficiency required.
  • ACLS, PALS, ARC, or AHA BLS certification required.
