About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Claims Processor to join our team at Western & Southern Financial Group. As a key member of our Benefits Department, you will play a critical role in processing medical and flexible spending account claims in accordance with the provisions of multiple welfare plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate claims with Medicare and other group insurance carriers, ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations.
  • Detect and prevent potential fraudulent claims, maintaining a high level of integrity and accuracy.
  • Utilize medical terminology to interpret medical reports and bills, ensuring proper adjudication of claims.
  • Determine proper payees for benefits, discharging the company's liabilities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including HIPAA.
