Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and exterior areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and other payment methods.
  • Upsell and suggest products to customers, promoting sales and achieving sales goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and facility maintenance.

Requirements
  • Age 21 or older.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Effective communication and math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
