Job Title: Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assist with customer service inquiries
  • Price and restock merchandise as requested by management
  • Assist with receiving and organizing incoming products
  • Responsible for accurate cash handling and customer transactions
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing
Working Environment:
  • Retail store environment with cold and warm conditions
  • Irregular work schedule
