  • Negotiate contracts with consultants and vendors for necessary services and products.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Disaster Recovery Plan and the readiness of IT staff and infrastructure.
  • Facilitate user training sessions as required.
  • Participate in leadership development programs and other management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a management role.
  • One IT networking certification (e.g., CCNA, Network+).

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Expertise in Microsoft environments and applications.
  • Proficient in enterprise networking architecture and technologies.
  • Experience with backup system management.

This position requires strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. The role operates in a professional office environment and involves the use of standard office equipment.

Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license through the relevant regulatory authority.
