Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Horizon ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about delivering evidence-based ABA services and has a strong commitment to excellence. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and families, and to contribute to the development of our clinical programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family behavior analytic services to children with ASD and their families
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with outside service providers
  • Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer to ensure the right billable requirements are identified
  • Attend and participate in Horizon clinical staff meetings
  • Document and submit daily notes, progress reports, assessments, and other clinical records according to Board and Licensing standards
  • Meet Quality Assurance standards
  • Follow ethical guidelines as outlined in the Behavior Analyst Certification Board ethics code
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in approved BACB coursework
  • Reliable transportation to and from client homes, and/or other community organization/agencies/schools
  • Must be licensed in Arizona and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
  • Must be able to administer variety of assessments and write treatment plans
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card
  • Must complete 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
  • Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
  • 1+ year of supervised BCBA work experience and 5 years of behavioral work (with children) experience preferred
  • Must hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insurance
  • Experience working as a BCBA in a therapy program for children with autism
  • Experience with staff and parent training
  • Experience with supervision of BCBA's and RBTs
