We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team at The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
About the RoleAs an LPN on our Skilled Nursing team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, preferred
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
- A starting hourly rate of $30-$38, depending on experience
- A $3,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time LPNs
