We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.
- Manage certified nursing assistants, overseeing tasks such as work assignments and staffing schedules.
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, embodying our core values of compassion and excellence.
- Active state nursing license.
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities preferred, but not required. We also welcome new nursing school graduates.
